Shake gently. Spray inside shoes (and on socks or gym bags if needed) until lightly misted. Let dry before wearing. Use after workouts or whenever shoes need a refresh.

Heavily soiled shoes: Remove insoles. Spray inside shoes and both sides of insoles. Let dry fully. Repeat daily until odour is neutralised.
